Home Grown Talent

Helping the next generation of farmers to realise their potential.

Realising your potential

At Massey Ferguson, we are passionate about the future of farming. The next generation of farmers are the key to its success and we stand by our commitment to support them.

That’s why we’ve launched Home Grown Talent from Massey Ferguson in association with the NFYFC. This new initiative is open to young people who are keen to pursue a career in agriculture.

Through the scheme, we provide them with opportunities to learn new skills and gain valuable industry knowledge, through training, fun and experience.

Home Grown Talent is about recognising, supporting and rewarding young people who want to be part of the agricultural industry but are unsure about the path they would like to take and this early stage in their career development.
