Pride in the rainbow

A Massey Ferguson tractor wrapped in rainbow colours is taking part in Dublin’s annual Pride Parade this Saturday as part of Macra na Feirme’s support for LGBTQ+.

This marks the first year that the rural youth and young farmer’s organisation will be involved in Pride and it is encouraging members to participate on the day.

“It will be great to see our rainbow MF tractor appearing in the the Parade alongside Macra na Feirme,” says Lindsay Haddon, Massey Ferguson Advertising and Sales Promotion Manager. “It will be a powerful symbol to promote LGBTQ+ and show our support for young farmers.”

Pictured at the announcement of Macra na Feirme’s participation in Pride 2019 are Hugh O'Neill of AXA Insurance who are partnering Macra in the Pride Parade, Christy Doherty AXA Insurance, Thomas Duffy, President Macra na Feirme, Maria Walsh MEP and Denis Duggan Chief Executive, Macra na Feirme.
